Let's Tune The World.....AGAIN !!!!

TUNE THE WORLD!

October 2 2010 The participants and the supporters will sing at the same time (according to the different time zones) for 15 minutes a vocalization tuned on C# note, wrapping the planet in a unique sound and strengthening the base vibration of the earth.
Vocalizations will be supported by the intention towards thoughts of peace. Possible links via Web TV to spread the event on the same network and to involve as many people as possible are welcome.

FAQ

Why a C#?
We have considered some theories, but one of them can be really important:

* the Cosmic Octave theory by the mathematician and musicologist Hans Cousto

In Cousto opinion the frequency of Earth-Year is 136.1 Hz, so for this vocal event we suggest a pitch about 136 Hz.
It is very difficult to preserve a linear/exact pitch for many seconds, so we'll create two audio files by loop:

* ~ 136 Hz for male voices
* ~ 272 Hz (upper octave) for female voices and children

People will be able to use a file as direction for 15 minutes, the event lenght. The vocal sound has to pass through all vowels, like a continuous miaowing.
More details next time.

Can participate at the event tune the world?
As part of the World March for Peace and Nonviolence, everyone can participate and work to be an active part.

How can participate in TTW?
First contact us and tell us where you live, your experience and your willing.

What are the best places where to organize TTW?
If you can join many other people, the event will be much stronger. very good places are medium/small ones, like meditation/yoga centers, sacred places, gyms, open and natural places.

I am part of group or association, how do I join TTW?
Contact the closest referent to your place, submit your proposal, and share information with more people.

Can i also join as a single person?
Sure, stay in touch and informed the procedures, the date and time at which the event will take place. you can simply participate singing with us at the scheduled day and time. we suggest an internet connection to join the network that we are building.

How many people may be involved?
There are no limits, the more people the more the event will be a success

Can i also attend the event in a different time than prescribed?
The event makes reference to the European Union (CET time zone), if you are in the EU area we suggest to synchronize with the common hour. for other time zones, the event can be adjusted at a more convenient time.
But we prefer, if possible, to have the highest number of people connected at the same time!
